Switching Counsel

by | Jun 22, 2024 | Firm News |

When should you switch counsel?

1. When you don’t trust counsel’s advice.
2. When you don’t have faith that counsel can accomplish your goals.
3. When you don’t share the same strategic approach to the case and you are not able to reach a consensus.
4. When you’re unable to afford counsel’s bills and/or unable to agree on a budget.
5. When your counsel appears conflicted.
6. When your counsel does not provide the advocacy you deserve.
7. When you’re counsel suggests that you should find another lawyer.
