Biography

Stanley Cheiken is a Philadelphia native. He graduated from Cheltenham High School in 1984. The son of a professional and businessman, Stanley was exposed to his father's various ventures at an early age. He quickly determined that he would pursue a career in the law, focusing on the types of issues confronting businesses, executives, and professionals. He received his undergraduate degree from Dickinson College in 1988. Thereafter, Stanley attended Villanova University School of Law, graduating in 1991. He began his career as a trial attorney for a small firm that focused on complex commercial litigation. Today, his practice largely involves the representation of small- to medium-sized businesses, executives and professional clientele. He has tried more than 100 jury and bench trials, injunction hearings, and arbitrations. Stanley is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the Supreme Court of New Jersey, the U.S. Third Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania, and the District of New Jersey.
