Back At It

After three months on the shelf, last week I got the call. My client’s real estate commission suit was tried in Doylestown before Judge Trauger. Bucks County has resumed trying non-jury matters and my case was among the first to be  called. I have been trying cases for nearly 30 years. All kinds of cases, large and small, in many different venues throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey. But this was the first time I ever tried a case wearing a mask. I prepared thoroughly for the trial, but now that it’s over, I realize my preparation omitted one detail. Perhaps my litigation colleagues can help me: Is your mask supposed to match your suit or your shoes?
